How are warts spread?
Warts are spread primarily through direct contact with HPV, either from person to person or through contact with shared objects such as towels or clothing.
What are the main types of warts?
The main types of warts include common warts, which usually appear on the hands and fingers with a hard surface and may contain small black dots. Plantar warts occur on the soles of the feet and are often more painful due to the pressure placed on that area. Finally there are the flat warts which are flatter and appear on smooth surfaces of the skin, such as the face.
Who is more likely to get warts?
