What is PRP?
PRP comes from the words platelet rich plasma and means plasma rich in platelets.
It is a new branch of "regenerative medicine", the aim of which is to stimulate the body's own natural healing mechanisms to restore the wear and tear of time as well as the signs of our everyday life.
What is the process?
The procedure takes about an hour. The first step is blood sampling, which is done simply, like blood tests. Then the blood is centrifuged at a certain speed and the growth factors are collected by the specialized staff (and activated for maximum results.) Finally, it is administered with injectable mesotherapy in the form of small pumps or with the use of another machine and non-injectable depending on the needs of the patient in the desired area.
Are there any side effects?
There are no side effects, just as there are no allergic reactions, as material obtained from our own body is used.
When can I expect to see results?
More than one session is usually required for the first results.
